Each year, EHL promotes a diverse group of young graduates into the real world. While the skills of the graduates who hold one of our three hospitality degrees are broadly overlapping, each programme develops a somewhat different set of skills to offer future employers, ranging from guilds hospitality qualifications to management and leadership skills learned in high-performing teams.
Diploma graduatesDiploma programme graduates are working professionals with practical know-how that has been complemented by two solid terms of academic study in management and by project management skills developed through an individual project. |
Bachelor graduatesGraduates of the Bachelor programme have all the competencies gained by students in a demanding business school. They have also mastered the state-of-the-art tools used in the hospitality industry and have research and data analysis skills. |
Master graduatesGraduates of the Master programme have all the analytical and decision-making skills of an MBA from a top-tier school, but in addition to these “scientific” managerial techniques, they have also been trained in a uniquely creative approach to hospitality management. |
