Kempinski is looking for talent at EHL
Kempinski, founded in 1897, is the oldest European hotel chain but prefers to be known as a « Collection of individual hotels » rather than a « chain ».
Having gone very quickly from 23 to 62 hotels and with the perspective of developing to 110 properties under a management contract, Kempinski plans to recruit 20,000 new employees over the next three years, including 7,500 middle management positions and 1,500 upper management positions.
