Steigenberger Hotel Group at EHL

Andreas Elvers, Director of Human Resources and his colleague, Julia Schneider, introduced the Steigenberger Group and their training modules to EHL students today. This family enterprise was founded in 1930 by Albert Steigenberger and became a limited company in 1985.
The Steigenberger Group manages two brands : Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts and InterCityHotels.
Since 2009 the Egyptian company, Travco Group International Holding S.A.E, is the majority shareholder in Steigenberger Hotels & Resorts. Travco is one of the biggest tourist companies in the Arab world.
